Green Point, Sea Point and Moullie Point all blend into one, and to be technically correct most of the video is showing Moullie Point. This is a nice part of Cape Town, and beyond the sports fields, also one of the most densly-populated areas. It has a great beach front promenade area, blessed with warm late-afternoon sunshine and invigorating fresh sea air.
You're also right next to the Waterfront. In 2006, our City Council controversially chose this spot, far from railway lines, to construct a giant soccer stadium for the 2010 World Cup. A good choice? Time will tell.
