Kommetjie feels like the edge of the world, with it's unusual back view to the rest of the Peninsula and it's great outlook to the setting sun. This is surfer heaven, though don't under estimate the size of these breaks and the territorial rights of the surf brigade.
Kommetjie is close to Cape Point, and so is popular with all sorts of visitors, especially curious baboons.
