NOORDHOEK
Noordhoek is where the horses are. Really, this is a great spot for horses, and their people too. It still retains a farm atmosphere and there're a few excellent places to eat, nice places to walk, and a very large beach, good for horse-riding of course and with an old shipwreck too. The sea is cold, but it's a good surf spot, and the don't worry, the shark-spotter should keep you safe.
You might notice a white spot on the mountain - It's an old kaolin mine that is thankfully due to be restored to our unique and endangered mountain fynbos.
