Villiersdorp is a small town situated on top of the Helderberg Mountains. It's the centre of the fruit farming district and is close by Cape Town's largest dam, the Theewaterskloof dam.
Besides the wide range of water activities offered at the dam, Villiersdorp has more to offer, such as long mountain walks. It's also funnily enough a popular stopover for the biker community, who on sundays ride the spectacular roads in the area.
